The Democracy at Work Institute organizes periodic fellowship programs geared toward addressing needs within the worker co-op community, to train and connect leaders that will catalyze the movement.

2017 Chapter Network Fellowship

The US Federation of Worker Cooperatives and Democracy at Work Institute launched the inaugural Chapter Network Fellowship program for leaders of existing and emerging worker cooperative member associations. The program was designed for member association leaders that sought to strengthen their organizations in collaboration with member networks from around the country.

2016-2017 Líderes Cooperativistas en Acción (LCA) Fellowship  
Over the course of this eight-month program, cohort members evolved into leaders and trained peer advisers that support their own businesses and the growing need in startups, mature cooperatives, and conversions.
 
Cooperative Developer Fellowships
The Fellowship supports the creation of larger, networked and impactful worker cooperatives in the United States by building the skills, leadership and strategic orientation of practitioners. DAWI’s learning cohorts create strong communities of practice among peers and across generations of developers.
